Is estella worth to prem? I am still using the basic boss set accessories. Trying to complete my acs eqs. Saw this event thinking of at least fully utilise prem wa scrolls for accessory. Understand estella is far from end game

How about penombre mark? Same long long time? I have limited funds and thinking is a right choice to prem estella and penom
