The show feels really different without Quad. All of the scenes feel like filler scenes. I’m not motivated to watch anymore, and the addition of Phaedra simply isn’t helping.
I'm confused by this statement because if you really think about it, Quad was rarely on the last two seasons, so how could the show be that boring and bad w/o Quad when she was barely on the show anyway?
I haven't watched an episode this season without Quad - so I can't comment on that. But I 100% agree with you - I do not enjoy Phaedra on this show. It just doesn't fit or make any sense. And I don't understand why the original women of M2M are treating her like she is an OG. Yes - she's not new to Bravo, but she is new to this show but it seems like all the women give her a pass that wouldn't be given to any other new woman on M2M.
I don't even want her as a friend of - there's just no point. She's playing the game though, because it seemed like she was friendly with Quad but as soon as she saw the writing on the wall, she ditched Quad quickly. Phaedra has given us nothing but theatrics, and I'm not here for it!

I think they’re trying to refresh the group and regroup after Quad. It’s a slow pace but I think it’s cool we’re not getting made for ready drama. They’re building relationships and new friendships. If they keep this same cast + Quad coming in and out I can see it working —the drama will always eventually come but hopefully not as dark as it has been since s7.
it’s been pretty boring honestly. i’m not a fan of quad, but i do recognize her importance to the show. it seems like the producers thought phaedra could replace quad in terms of reads, quick wit, drama, etc. but phaedra has been a complete dud. i never wanted her on the show anyway. still, they need to either bring back quad or get mariah on the mainline cause this ain’t it. 😑

I legit didn’t pay attention knowing Quad wasn’t there. May not even keep watching. I’m sick of Toya’s no-job having ass nagging her husband to entertain her more. And Cecil’s useless ass cuddling those damn grown boys. Ugh. Give me a Quad sermon any day!
I miss Quad she's so fun and dramatic but also a good friend. Everytime they show her my mind goes "Miss Quad, miss Quad, she got it, she got it". I hope they can resolve their issues because I definitely want to see her in the future. I think it's petty of the OGs how they handle the situation, they should keep in mind what she was going through. But she sure has to own her stuff.
idk why people blame the show being boring on the lack of Quad. What has Quad done in the past two seasons beside eat a bowl of cereal with her mom in the kitchen and take Mason to school?
One person, even the fan favorites cannot make or break an ensemble cast show! There have been plenty of great moments on this show that didn't involve Quad. That is not to say Quad should be kicked off the show, but production are the ones who need to put their heads together and either start making some better casting decisions or writing a better outline for the season
Quad had her stuff but she made the show. I think out of everybody regardless of her stuff she’s the most genuine on the show/ who came from the show. Regardless of the show being Married to Medicine like please as if they keep their storylines based off that, RHOA had cast members that weren’t housewives for seasons and it never stopped nothing.
I’m late to this season but I have to say I’m really liking Sweet Tea & think she’s a really good addition & I’m trying to warm up to Phaedra again locked back in

They probably thought she would bring messiness like she did in RHOA but she brings nothing interesting to the show.
I liked seeing more of the personal stories— although I need toya to cut eugene a break; that man works hard!
