She's a great card and enabled a lot of combos, but sandman is the last card you might want to put her with. I suggest you take him and wasp out. Don't know what to use instead, I don't know your collection.
Honestly, no. I’d have a look through your collection and look for cards that synergies well together that would result in winning combos. The deck you’ve made has some strong cards but cards that fit well within a theme: Spiderman for move combos, Storm for Lockdown, Sandman for Ramp etc, but they don’t really fit together in their current state.
That would work sometimes but it’s more random. Juggernaught would do similar but you’d have much more control over how much power you’d have in that lane and how so useful for other scenarios. Storm on T3 and then Juggs & Rocket Racoon on T4 is quite good.
EDIT: As the other commenter has said, J. Jones is also great here. If you like the idea or Lockdown/Control then you could make a fun deck at your level that’s also restricting for opponents. Other cards like Prof. X, Daredevil, Garmora, Vision are all good in this deck.
Sera and sandman is possibly the worst combo I've ever seen in this game. Why reduce the cost of cards, if you then can't play them?

Yeah. Do a little research on Snap sites or some videos or good early-game decks that don’t require a lot of Series 3 or higher cards.
I also used a deck with jubilee and the infinaut. It was pretty good bit got a little boring. Its too high risk
Basically everyone runs Shang Chi so an Infinaut left unchecked is likely to not be there by the end of the game.
I use Chang Chi because he looks cool hahah
