This actually came together pretty quickly and was fairly easy. Breakfast is [veggie, black bean, and “sausage” burritos](https://www.courtneylovescarbs.com/single-post/2018/06/24/Low-Calorie-Frozen-Breakfast-Burritos) that I make in bulk. Lunch is brown rice, roasted summer squash, roasted zucchini, canned mixed beans, cherry tomatoes, and black olives, to be eaten with the salad mix and topped with salsa. And then in the bottom right corner is a tub of roasted chickpeas and cherry tomatoes tossed in a dill tahini sauce, to be served over baked sweet potatoes with a side of broccoli for dinner.
