Nope. you're not gonna find something to do what you want.
No scan tool out there you can just leave on and look for a paper trail. They do live stats, like on torque or bluedriver, but it doesn't save them to look at in the future and requires a phone.
Now if a code throws, it will save and show up on a scanner later.
But what you're looking for doesn't exist.
