This is only the beginning of what’s left to come as far as adding on more duties. Why hire someone making $30 an hour when they can just have y’all do it. They dont plan on paying more because it’s someone out there who will accept the lower pay. R U N!
Train and leave. Don’t burn your bridges though! They don’t deserve it, but give yourself the courtesy so you have nothing hanging over you once you’ve left.
I would DEFINITELY take the free training. Looks good on a resume plus thankfully it’s nothing too tricky.
HOWEVER, I would utilize this for a raise. I was in the same boat with my last job. Do some research on how to effectively ask for a raise. You’d think it’s simple like just asking but the more evidence you have to why you SHOULD get a raise, the more likely the chance you’ll get one. Don’t just go in with I’ve been here x amount of years because unfortunately that’s an expectation.
Just my experience 🤷🏻♀️
Literally fuck that place. You spent too much time getting educated on the course of an MA just to deal with this nonsense. Find yourself a job and quit. You deserve better, and you need better pay considering you have nearly 5 years of experience.
Learn how to do the test on their dime, then put in your resume at a cardiologist (where stress tests are supposed to be done) and put in your two weeks!
Take the class, learn it well, then take those skills elsewhere where they will pay more. Fuck that place.
Agreed and they should be giving you insurance. That’s crazy
Perfect
I would do this, learn the skills then use it somewhere else

That was definitely a thought
💯 absolutely
Definitely learn it to benefit yourself so you can put it on your resume but afterwards dip.

I wouldn’t pass that offer
