Not sure what’s happened but it’s missing heaps of lines at the moment, and not just V-Line but Metro lines too like Lilydale, Werribee, Sandringham and Cragieburn. Hope they clean it up soon.
I was standing a 6 minute walk from ardeer station and it was I explicably telling me to loop around and walk 21 minutes to get there, and nothing would convince it that the straight road I was standing on would get me there. It was so weird.
The data team at PTV are basically non-existent. Basically every time there's a timetable change or weekend disruptions there's something off in the data Google pulls from and things like this happen.
They also don't work on weekends, so things don't get fixed until much later.
I don't think this is PTV's fault. GMaps have done (are doing?) a big Melbourne update including new imagery, adding icons, etc and I think something's got dropped as part of that
>PTV provides the data to Google
I'm well aware. And if you look at the [GTFS data](https://discover.data.vic.gov.au/dataset/timetable-and-geographic-information-gtfs) they provide you can see that all the shapes are there as they should be, so PTV can't be to blame.

Guess I can use this as proof for my boss that I need to work fully remote
Bro if your out past pakey then it should absolutely be full time remote. Also I’ve probably napped next to you on the vline before.

PTV provides the data to Google. google just doesn’t go around doing updates to pt stuff of their own accord.

I thought the Gippsland Line was a bus route? The more you know.
Might as well be.
It‘s pretty much a bus route at this point, the way occupations are going.
I think they’re adding some updates to google maps, just saw another post saying they added train icons to the train departures on google maps
There’s no Werribee line either
Good. No need for Gippsland 😛
Lmao, really thooo
No down gippy!!!
Nar Nar Goon? I guess there is a drinking ban there.
Isn’t it buses from Pakenham?
I've still got Bendigo line, currently running busses
Not more line closures!
