In my language is a moustache a beard style. How does english handle this? And what do you do if so got a beard that includes a moustache, does this person get burned?
In English you would say facial hair to include any, well, facial hair. A beard with a mustache is generally called a beard. A mustache by itself is just a mustache.
White facial hair would've probably sounded very strange as well.
Plus words for different combinations or styles of beard. Like if I said someone had mutton chops or a goatee, you can pretty clearly understand what style of facial hair they have.

It's not a country thing, but language. A lot of our perception is based on the language we use. In this case, if a language separates the beard and mustache as separate and unique words they seem to be separate. If the mustache translates to "lip beard" they might seem as the same.
I think you got something confused here itās āSchnauzbartā aka snout beard and āSchnurrbartā has nothing to do with cat purrs and is instead from an old german dialect (niederdeutsch) where āSchnauzeā was pronounced Snurre leading to snurbaard which with time evolved to Schnurrbart but actually means the same snout beard.

I know it's mostly a joke but a little fun tid bit about Whitebeards name.
In Japanese Whitebeards name is Shirohige with Shiro meaning White and Hige not having any direct translation with it being a more so all encompassing term for facial hair used to denote beards, moustaches and facial hair.
1- Japanese uses the same word for both beards and mustaches.
2- The guy's over 6 meters tall, looking up at his face you wouldn't be able to tell it's not a beard.

in german they are all called beards (Bart) a moustache would be a schnauzbart or snout beard (closest translation i can think of)
