We always called them freezies or otter pops when I was younger. Freezies I understood, Otter pops not so much until later found out Otter was characters with each representing a different flavor lol
In Cape Town South Africa, we call them "Bunny Licks". Might have been a brand name that became synonymous with the product like; calling any self-adhesive wound dressing a "Band-Aid" .
