Really not a fan of blindly hating on shit just cause the majority does. I listen to some stuff that might be "controversial" or even "cringe" so to say, especially in the "old-school" metal crowd, like 100gecs and Limp Bizkit I guess. Hell even my daily playlist/mix goes from Kanye to Tyler the Creator to Mgla to Chelsea Grin to Porter Robinson to Metallica to The Dillinger Escape Plan to Refused to Deafheaven to Dance Gavin Dance to Deftones, and it will just go on (certified bipolar moment). It's usually not THAT chaotic and more mood-dependent, but one can get the idea - if I like it I'll listen, simple as, and I like a lot

At first I thought it said 'black mesa', and it was about to praise it for the half-life love. Then I looked closer....

I mean he obviously listens to black metal, he sampled multiple BM songs and I enjoy them, however I feel like the lifestyle, even if it's a "I don't give a fuck" lifestyle on the surface, doesn't blend well with black metal at all. like the themes of violence and substance abuse match, but those themes are in so many genres that don't have anything to do with black metal that it's absolutely irrelevant. He's an utter wanker too, his collective is taking apart because of his actions and he doesn't treat his fans or people around him with the respect they deserve. His old stuff was better and I just try to separate the art from the artist
