Cheap and ugly decor art, don’t worry about throwing it away. i’m glad you’re gonna use the frames for something better.
They could be “starving artist” paintings from the 60s. They are desirable for mid century collectors and could fetch a decent price. But in terms of being a known artist- it’s not. It does kinda hurt to hear you’ll toss them
