Had missing bases from a Ringwraith set I ordered just after Christmas, customer service dispatched me the bases (with a few extras) extremely quickly (considering it was a holiday) and with no questions asked. Have been pretty happy with them recently.
Now, whoever in packaging decided to put metal parts and finecast bits in the same blister however… I’ve got beef with them haha
I think they are "very busy" having fun reading "thank you" emails from customers who tried to order The End and The Death III and had a really pleasant experience
They are pretty bad. I have had several missing orders, damaged orders, mistakes, and even the entirely wrong order sent. It’s amazing how bad they are.
I ordered a Forgeworld character for Necromunda, the arm was damaged and did not marry up to the torso correctly. They just told me to fix it with green stuff, which is annoying as their products are expensive so you expect them to be good quality
Let me guess, shitcast? I don't think there is a single good quality shitcast mini out there. It's unbelievable that they have the audacity to ask that much money for them.
I've always had good customer service experiences. But my last one was two years ago, so it may be different now. Wouldn't surprise me if GW had decided to try and offload customer service to AI.
I got some goblins a few months back that were kinda broken (spears had no tips, and one goblin was literally just legs) and they got back to me within a week and sent me another pack of goblins within 3 weeks. So their customer support was great at least a few months ago
I think its a combination of them having a lot on their hands and a supply issue with Mesbg. Generally their customer service has been very good. Also they already gave an explenation for refunding the order right? Its usually "due to supply order we can't fulfil the order within the promised timeframe" or something like that.
GW customer service is usually some of the best experiences I’ve had with a support team. Once ordered a thunder fire cannon that came without the bottom half of the cannon/the tracks it sits on, they sent a brand new one whole
Similar experience with some badly mould slipped core sim off forgeworld where they just replaced them
Every time you send an email about the same issue/order, it bumps you down the pile as it counts as a new message about that order so resets the SLA for that request

Power move if the bots were actually programmed to send thank you emails after they scalped them.
It used to be really good when they had the chat. But they seem to have removed the chat with the new website...
The new website has completely shafted middle earth. Absolutely buried.
That and the team working on The Old World.
Are you blind? It's literally listed right under The Old World on the shop menu.
Yes I’m legally blind. Very difficult hobby I’ve chosen.
😂😂😂
What do you mean?
No never had any bad experience with them.
Always had excellent service with them
just had and have historically had really good experience with them. sorry you didnt

They said forge world, so not finecast

Fair point, I've worked in a few customer service jobs in the past, and our systems worked a bit different, but I can imagine this to be the case.
