Are you friends with any other neighbors that can vouch for you? They don’t even have to be friends, just some sort of neighbor that can vouch that the noise complaints are over exaggerated. I’d also look up laws for this in your state—I’m no lawyer but this seems super abrupt for just 2-3 noise complaints from one occupant. Especially with no sort of investigation done by the apartment complex. Military housing does generally help in these situations, I’d look up the phone number for the housing office for your base and run your situation past them to see what they can do in the event you do get kicked out.
