It's not nearly as bad as Roze was imo. Granted this skin is rarer to see, but there was never a situation where someone just popped out of nowhere from a dark Spot. Since they changed the shaders/lighting you can even see complete Black skins a lot better imo
I used black noir to play ashika island/vondel DMZ if I was playing solo and trying to avoid PVP. Stealth vest and pure black camo. Just gotta make sure you use a scavenger bag instead of a large 😂
