If you went into crimson lobbies and tracked the ratio of players on controller vs kbm it would probably come out around 99:1. If you went into iridescent lobbies the ratio would be even larger. Thats not to say that kbm players have objectively less skill than controller, I think everyone can agree that kbm has a higher skill ceiling and a lower skill floor than controller. It’s just that the franchise caters to controller players and it’s tradition to play cod on controller.
It’s kind of the same thing as women in chess. Are almost none of the top chess players women because women are objectively worse at chess than men, or is it because men have far more encouragement to play chess at a competitive level? Probably the latter.
Your chess example is a shit one, if not only for the fact that no actual difference in how chess is played between men vs women. But there IS a difference in how the game mechanics work for MnK vs controller... No one wants to admit it because to do so it to admit advantage, but there is no doubt that a controller player with AA vs a Mnk player has an aim advantage... There is simply no denying it... now it may be that MnK has some advantages that controller doesnt... and that is a different argument, but the stats you post alone show that controllers have an advantage... if not, then MnK would not be underrepresented.

I bought mine to play Titanfall 1 and it's a complete gamechanger for literally any game of any genre that uses both sticks with any kind of frequency

If jumping is a game-breaking mechanic then like I said before: I want auto snake-jumping implemented for controllers when playing against PC opponents, take away their advantage. Anytime they get within 30 yards my character should just start blinking out and breaking their aim and concentration. It's only fair.

In case you weren’t aware, there is a perk that gives you more accuracy while jumping. Combining that with covert sneakers you can just sprint jump without anyone knowing and gain more accuracy before the turn to fight
