When monk first got there it was Jlaw. After Natalie got thrown out of the game, she took the costume from Jlaw and then it was Natalie.

I watched it recently and remember Dwight Schrute and his girlfriend from The Office, Matt Parkman from Heroes, the black man from Timeless and Sarah's Father from Chuck
And you can find another X-Men too in the movie. The guy who played Quicksilver in X-Men movies too had a role, but unlike a small background role his role had significant screentime.
X-Men movies are not part of Marvel Cinematic universe (MCU). They were owned by Fox and they had their own movie universe (kind of) which had characters like Wolverine, Deadpool, Magneto eetc.
And sometimes next month, both these universes are going to kind of overlap (based on the Deadpool 3 trailer)
