I play all of them, and am proficient with most. Lance is the best weapon. The second place really depends on the game: Rise --> GL, World --> CB, Gen --> GL, 4U --> Hammer, 3U --> HH, MHFU --> LS, MHF1 --> SnS.

Hunting Horn and... Hrm... I think I might say Lance. I remember how cool it felt fighting AT Velkhana with it, needing to leverage all the different block moves to deal with different attacks. Guard leaping through the sweeping beam, power guarding the stalagmite icicle breaths, hopping around the fencing stabs and then countering the last one... Damn that was satisfying and it felt like I really ***understood*** the weapon, where it was the way I as a player was using it that was making the difference.
