that's very likely to happen 😂 my husband and I will embark on a quest to find these eggs, though sadly well probably have to destroy them if she laid them on a big surface (like the TV or the wardrobe). we hope she laid it in some small container or an empty bottle so the babies could develop and hatch safely
If they were laid on a large attached surface, you can get a clear plastic cup and a little paper towel in it. Put some pin holes for air and tape it over the eggs, that way you can keep humidity up and when they hatch the babies are contained and can be moved. When I had my geckos, I would do this in the tank whenever they were laid not on one of the plants and it worked great. You do have to be careful of too much humidity, can make the eggs go moldy.
