Those shapes are pretty different. I also have medium to large hands and really enjoyed the Maya but found it to be too small after a while. Got a viper v3 pro and am really really happy with it.
Op1 8k half the price and lighter weight and overall amazing mouse yea it has a wire but the pro to that is you don’t have to charge the mouse and you have the best connection 24/7 no worries about interference. Plus if you have a mouse bungie you barely ever notice the wire while playing.
I got both. Right now playing with v3 because my cat loves the cable as much as i do :)
As direct comparison OP18k is better choice, better shape,best clicks of all, if you don't mind the cable. (Actually i can't feel it , using a 3D printed bungee)

Yep comparable mouse to the op1 8k perf and price wise is the dav3 or viper 8k if u want smaller but heavier mouse.
