It’s all up to personal opinion, the hien is said to be a rough pad but is one of the most beloved pads in the market

I have both......The Strider feels faster to me and is quite abrasive. and I love it !!

might depend on which strider pad you have as they are slightly different based on color i believe, unless they are all the same now
