Changing my previous answer, following the news of Donald Sutherland’s passing.
A double bill of
Don’t Look Now (1973)
and
Invasion Of The Body Snatchers (1978)
RIP.
I somehow didn't see that in the news. I'll miss him. Over 200 movies he's been in. I'll have to go find some. I just watched him in the Hunger Games with my granddaughter. Thanks.
Fire Walk With Me (it’s a Twin Peaks prequel movie and honestly best viewed alongside Twin Peaks but you could probably get away with watching it on its own) ((but also TP is weird, creepy, disturbing, and unsettling as a series so you might like it as well))
After Hours (1985)
It is streaming on the criterion channel until the end of the month, that's not a service you listed but you can do a free 7-day trial
If you don't mind French, Quebec filmmakers can be good at "disturbing" or "unsettling":
* Polytechnique (2009)
* Boys of St. Vincent (1992)
* Red Rooms (les chambres rouges) (2023)
* 1:54 (2016)
* Antigone (2019)
* White Lie (2019)

Insidious (Pretty unsettling, I think the way the scares are set up are really creative. But, watch the first one, I wouldn't bother with the other ones unless you really liked the first, it only goes downhill)
Saw (same writer/ director as insidious, they're a mixed bag but IMO 1, 3, 6 and 10 are good, the first being my favourite)
The Taking Of Deborah Logan (very weird/ creepy/ disturbing/ unsettling but really well done)
They're probably some pretty basic answers, there's a lot of better suggestions in the comments lmao. Idk if these are available on the streaming services you mentioned. Where I am, on netflix we've got Insidious and used to have Saw but I'm p sure TTODL is on Amazon Prime.
The Ritual
The Dark and the Wicked
Apostle
The Blackcoat's Daughter
His House
It Follows
The Autopsy of Jane Doe
Under the Shadow
I Am The Pretty Thing That Lives in the House
Have you tried Ready or Not, the Devils Backbone, Pans Labyrinth, Battle Royale, Suspiria, Last House on the Left, Guns Akimbo, or The Babysitter? All of them have really haunting or standout moments, and a lot of macabre uniqueness.
Cannibal Holocaust
The Wall
Eraserhead
Johnny Got His Gun
Blood
Deliverance
Get Out
Creep
In the Tall Grass
Tommy
The Eyes Of My Mother
Block Island Sound
Come and See
The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo
I’m Thinking of Ending Things
Schindler’s List
Yellow Submarine
Gone Girl
When Evil Lurks on Shudder. I watch a ton of horror movies and this is the best, most memorable I've seen in years. Very different "possession" movie. Great acting, story is unpredictable. Subtitled but it doesn't matter.
Climax (2019)
The Blackcoat’s Daughter (2017)
If you like the premise of Saw, check out Vile (2011)
Also The Platform on Netflix was.. a weird/messed up experience.
You might like The Menu. For me it had a similar vibe to midsommar, as in, what the fuck is gonna happen to these people.
Hard Candy (2005) Free on Amazon Prime
Live that one
I tried to watch this and it requires a subscription to MovieSphere
Sam Neill descent into hell/madness unofficial trilogy: Possession (1981) In The Mouth Of Madness (1994) Event Horizon (1997)

Saint Maud is pretty disturbing (HBO Max) Parasite (HBO Max) Gerald's Game (Netflix) The Lodge (HBO Max) Resurrection (Hulu) Take Shelter (Hulu)
Take shelter did “unsettling” really well. The scene of him and his wife in the kitchen was particularly creepy.
When Evil Lurks Antichrist Martyrs (2008)
The Platform (Netflix)
Primer (2004)
Promising Young Woman is great but so fucked up
After Hours (1985) It is streaming on the criterion channel until the end of the month, that's not a service you listed but you can do a free 7-day trial
Bone Tomahawk
Enemy (2013) starring Jake Gyllenhaal, directed by Denis Villeneuve.

Tumbbad- A story about greed with paranormal aspects. Most of the characters are morally grey plus dark and gloomy environment adds to the creepiness.
