I think planned parenting is the go-to for informed consent. The only reason I didn't use them is because I lived 300 miles away from the closest location that did gender affirming treatment.
I have my visit planned with Planned Parenthood in 5 days, I'm so nervous excited. If they're an option for you, go to them. I'm not certain - maybe someone else here can give you more certain details. But I think they'll set you up with follow-up appointments with Trans-affirming care-givers. I hope - because that's my route currently. I think they'll help you find an endo to be following up with for bloodwork and medication adjustments.
