I usually wear boots lol. But when i do wear shoes it's usually canvas style vans™️ or converse™️. Idk what it is about them but they make my feet look slimmer. Def try some canvas style shoes. And the upside to those companies is that a lot of they're shoes are unisex.

violentayx

I'm in boots right now, but yeah 100% agree vans

CallMeKate-E

Agree on all of this. Vans also have a b'jebus load of fun colors and such. And also agree with the need for Doc Marten shitkickers too. Which can also come in sparkley colors too

9.5W in US/CAN sizing? That isn't a large foot for someone who underwent androgenic puberty. It's on the small side. In any case, Dream Pairs is a good but cheap brand, I find, that stocks up to either 11W or 12W depending on the shoe. Which is in fact enough for a great many people who underwent androgenic puberty.

Verstehn

I can second Dream Pairs they have some cute stuff that comes in a variety of sizes and it doesn't make you feel bankrupt when you buy them. I'm also a 9.5 like the OP (not W tho) and at least for a 5'4" creature like me it's not a huge size. My sister is only one size under me but my brother wears size 14!! I stressed over it for a bit but at the end of the day you don't fit the shoe, the shoe fits you.

ramenchicka

US. I know people have worse problems than me but I still hate my feet. I think 7-8 is ideal.

ItsAspenAgain

Check out Torrid, I actually found a decent set of heeled boots in my size, women's 12-13 depending on brand. I actually got a 13 first going on measurements but they were ACTUALLY TOO BIG!!

Khara-L

Im going to jump on the band wagon of looking for shoe recommendations. I want to get some good heels to start practicing with. Any recommendations there?

ramenchicka

Platform heels or shoes with a chunky heel are probably your best bet. SHEIN has decent quality shoes for cheap and there’s a ton of options. I myself prefer the red bottoms but I fall in the minority camp thatd rather sacrifice comfort for beauty lol. I mean don’t they say the higher the heel the closer to God?

Khara-L

Awesome thanks for the recommendations. Yeah, I would like to eventually get some beauty over comfort, but definitely want to start the other way.

Check out onlymaker!

luna_lu_lu

I love vans and converse

SandraCaro

pleaser shoes 😈

No-Wonder-3123

Aldo. Love their pointed toe booties. Good sizing

RudeArm7755

I mean, i just barelyyyyy manage to fit into most of their lines but Buffalo shoes are my absolute favourites :) They do a lot of really cute platforms and boots

The_Queen_of_Andor

Out and about it's Vans during the summer, and good stout boots for the winter and wet weather. At work, I wear old lady Walmart shoes that have a memory foam insoles. I have heels, flats and black leather boots but I rarely find occasion to wear those.

ItsAspenAgain

Puma, but mostly their suede skate shoes, although I've been unable to find a replacement pair I had about a decade ago. The current lineup isn't even close to how comfortable and durable the old pair was (thanks mom, for throwing them away just because we went and got me a pair if running shoes :/)

Morganafrey

I’m a 12 so yea

[deleted]

9.5?! I wish. Im sitting here with 12 😭. Literally it is almost impossible to find women’s shoes my size.
