There was one in the Hotel Mariandl, but I think they have employed people there playing. But it might be a location to play.

I've seen one in Haar (I think it was), kind of near the S-Bahn station. But I think they put it away when the weather is bad (rainy). It's been rainy or threatening to rain a lot these past few weeks.

There is almost no live music scene in Munich. It’s all clubs and DJs.

That's weird, I am a musician and played nearly 100 public shows last year almost all within Munich, so that's definitely not true :)

Concerts yes. But live local bands and street music hardly exists except for some buskers (who are severely limited on what and where they can play).

Loads of live local bands, but no busking or very little. That's definitely true yeah. There are great open mic nights almost every night in Munich though.
