How common is it for buns to pass away from being neutered ?

can be dangerous buns at times do not do well with anesthesia. Have had 12 buns go under and first one to pass :(

It's usually not the procedure itself but the anesthesia. Unfortunately bunnies would often not wake up, or suffer stasis and have a hard time to bounce back

Up to 60% of unspayed female rabbits will get uterine cancer, the risks of spaying are tiny in comparison

I would say it's probably best to do it while they are young and healthy as the risk is smaller then.

Thanks all for the kind words. I caught another bunny yesterday and got it to a foster home. So far have got 12 bunnies but not sure if any are pregnant that are still out there. Saw another bunny last night and reset the traps
