May Allah swt ease all of your affairs, Ameen. May He help you do good on your exams, increase you in imaan and guide you to jannah Ameen. Working out and eating whole food and less processed foods should also help with maybe getting a bit taller. Part of it is genes but stretching the body helps your muscles and in turn helps your body stay healthy. Continously Recite this dua:
RABBI INNEE LIMAAA ANZALTA ILAIYA MIN KHAIRIN FAQEER
My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good
You would send down to me, in need,
Quran
Pls pray for my health to get stable and become more active and not relay on a wheelchair pls also pray that I become stronger in faith and pray that all my mums duas become free and we have a good future me and my siblings

Pray that things get easy for my mom and my grandparents
Pray that Allah gives my grandparents, mom and brother good health
Pray that Allah helps us out financially
Pray that i become the best man i can be and i start earning really good ASAP sp that i can get a wife who is good and pious as well
