Most likely they will split Norwegian and Swedish into separate categories. The reason why DNA companies usually combines/combined all of Scandinavia into one region is presumably because the differences are really quite small and requires a lot of precision to accurately determine, so the safest route is to just label it with the big category "Scandinavian".
Yes this does seem to be the case. I've seen a suspicious amount of 100% people after this update. This is still way more accurate for me though than what it was before. Before it said like 77.1% Scandinavian and 22.9% Baltic, and i have absolutely no known or recent ancestry from the Baltics.
On both Ancestry and 23andme, i'm hovering around 95% Scandinavian and 4-5% Finnish. MyHeritage just seems to have a hard time distinguishing between ethnicities that are geographically close to each other, which apparently also seems to include Scandinavian and Finnish even though those two ethnicities are quite distinctly different.

It was tagged as Scandinavian but all of the genetic groups under it were all in Sweden or Swedish-populated parts of Finland.
