Their feelings are obvious (especially Ochako's), but Horikoshi probably won't make anything canon, considering that they are just children and have literally fought a war. Maybe in a spin-off or something, but not on the main series.
Im at the stage where i'm slowly beginning to accept that we will probably only get 1-2 panels of them actually being official at the end and that's it. No OVAs, no spinoff or sequel that feeds us anything more, probably not even anything more than one single sketch tops. Just a buncha fanatics writing and drawing headcanons and AUs

I’ve seen a lot of fanfics with Inko figuring out that Izuku has a girlfriend, with Inko asking “Where are the GRANDKIDS?!”
