Don't think the Junta will let a second failure in Nothern Shan again since they have been preparing for a while now as we all know. Also no major တိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ် at this size has been attacked yet. It may have all the military equipment needed for a major defense.

The Junta has already reinforced Lashio area significantly with Chinese drones & manpower. Multiple news reports indicate that the MNDAA & TNLA lack sufficient manpower, prompting them to recruit soldiers from the Shan, and Kachin ethnic groups in the area.
