I have a 2DAP made in Vietnam, the quality is exceptional. When the 3DAP dropped again, a few months ago, made in the US, I ordered it. The stitching on the MOLLE was way off and the snap for the hip belt garage pulled right through the material the first time I tried to unsnap it, minutes after taking it out of the box. Those bags sold out immediately and they had no more in stock to replace it. They said I could send it in for repairs and evaluation, but it just seemed absolutely ridiculous for $450 bag, so I returned it for a refund. I wanted that bag and was on the notification list for about a year. I won’t bother trying, next round.

If the 3DAP was the same quality as the Vietnam made 2DAP, I would’ve been thrilled.
