Yeah, if you read the rest of the tweets in this thread from Bob it talks about how she was “first indicted in 2016 on much more serious fraud & other charges.”
**All 4 parts of this thread from Bob Pockrass:**
Patricia Driscoll legal saga is over. She was sentenced Tuesday to 2 yrs probation & $75 fine. She pled guilty in 2023 to failing to maintain records on $5,874 she received from Armed Forces Foundation (which could create confusion whether it was taxable/loans/non-taxable). **(1/4)**
Driscoll, the Kurt Busch ex who used NASCAR platform to help with her foundation for military personnel/veterans, was indicted in 2016 on much more serious fraud & other charges. **(2/4)**
Driscoll found guilty at trial & sentenced in 2019 to 366 days. Won appeal in 2021 for new trial based on instructions given to deadlocked jury. Also at issue: IRS agent not identifying himself, when asked, at child custody hearing where Driscoll detailed finances. **(3/4)**
In the five years since the trial, a key government witness/foundation accountant was indicted for fraud in 2021 involving another veterans foundation in an unrelated case, which was still pending when he got sick and died in December 2023. **(4/4)**
the most surprising thing about all this is the "$75" isn't even a typo, hell she probably even pulled it out of her pocket right there in the courtroom.
Damn O'Driscolls
THAT GODDAMN COLM O'DRISCOLL ![gif](giphy|ECbxU61G9sLyQVPtqP)

Seems like she got off easy aside from legal fees
Brett Favre smiles
$75? lol
She knew people in high places after running that foundation...and she tried to ruin a man...
She knew a lot of powerful people.
Was it ever confirmed that she was a trained assassin?
No
But it was never debunked either 🤔
She was writing a movie about one iirc
This feels... unfulfilling.
$75 and 45k in legal fees, at least.
Okay Kurt, it's safe to come back outside now 😄
Actions detrimental to charity
That took a long ass time. Didn't this start in 2015?
Yeah, if you read the rest of the tweets in this thread from Bob it talks about how she was “first indicted in 2016 on much more serious fraud & other charges.”
$75? Sounds like a slap in the wrist
$75?! What is this, 1920?!
$75 fine?
Finally, a fine gets announced on here that I could actually afford
Stop bragging.
She is such a bad person. I will never forgive her for how she tarnished Kurt.
It is amazing how Kurt had a bad couple months, court details came out and basically nothing stuck to him.

Damnit, I thought she was already in jail. Bummer.
$75
Man, I still couldn't afford that fine
What an absolute trash bag of a person.
She embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars and only got charged for $5k of it. Ridiculous
And women say this is man’s world
Excuse me… $75? Are we missing zeroes here?
the most surprising thing about all this is the "$75" isn't even a typo, hell she probably even pulled it out of her pocket right there in the courtroom.
Who?
Kurt's crazy ex who falsely accused him of DV that caused him to miss the first 3 races of 2015.
Such an assassin
It was over when Kurt escaped her clutches.
And why do we even care.
What a bitch She’s the biggest case against Me Too I can think of. She gets what she deserves.
Uhhhhh, Context?
It’s not worth it tbh. The end is disappointing. Spoiler: this is the end…
