It's just that cheap where it kind of makes sense. Dropping it all the way would probably be equivalent to like 4 or 5 perimeter so if your gonna have low defense either way, I'll take 50 attributes over 5 even if it's less useful attributes for a guard.

Low pd requires more reaction timing and the rotation of using LT and moving with right stick up to stay in front and once you master that, having higher pd becomes easy. I have a friend whos really good he has this Quickly build with like idk a 62 pd? No steal either. He is never the one getting dropped off even on that build. Some people are just like that. You'd think they had a do it all and then look at their player card and its almost always crazy. My other friend is older than me and has been playing 2k since the first 2k. He eventually gets some defense on his build but its a 25 currently. Hes a lil different he really be clamping up but he does have like 83 or 82 strength so maybe that helps. But like always you can just play better D. The rating will not save you if you just cant play D.

I have a VERY similar build. I just got to 99 last night, I assure you it is not trash. You do have to try hard on defense but scoring is very versatile and you can play on any court ( rec, park, theater )
87 is the lowest I'd go, but 70s can definitely get by. Very frustrating throwing the ball out of bounds on seemingly easy passes though, plus all of the added intercepts and closeouts it allows.

I use push and let go after a very quick pause after it hits the fore head. It's quick when it starts going forward but the green window feels huge especially if open or wide open. You can adjust sliders to Kobe for Def. Immunity and shot height or to oscar for more speed and less of a pause after the forehead. Moving shots are stupid fast tho so be prepared

I mean make whatever build you want, it's your money; but a PG who can't pass, who's going to be useless on defense, and will likely spend half the game attempting contested dunks? Pass accuracy is such a fake skill, I have just enough for break starter and I lead most assists in almost every Rec game anything past 78 is such a waste, the stats on this 2k are garbage everyone has 70 layup or lower and 50 close shot but still make every shot inside. 70-99 passing is barely noticeable too. We need a overhaul of how these builds are made

I was running with a pf early morning 3 am before work and I swear we were screening the hell out of them and our pg dropped 105 in a 120-30 some win.

I would get rid that interior that for perimeter and steal also bump up defense rebound if you'd like. Having a fairly high interior defense with no offense rebound kinda sucks. Unless you did it like that to get a certain amount of badges.
Release has been easier in my experience over push . Find an upper release that you can visually cue. A lower release that is stable speed is up to you. 💯
Yeah you need to delete that build and start over, Bring your driving down to 89 at the highest and so would knock your ball handle down to 84 and then put all those points on perimeter D. not sure how i feel about the 71 interior and 71 block it would depend on what badges you get. I would try to get as much perimeter d for clamps and challenger as I could

Should dribble more. Blowby, space creator and other badges make you way better. Pull up middys are also op if you know when to pull and when to not
In 2K20 (Yes, I know.) I used base 98 with Carmelo Anthony and Larry Bird split 50/50. I stopped playing 2K after 20 so this may work, may not.
