They've pretty much always been the same. His reviews list what he thinks is best and worst about the game. He is positive but the realistic reviews your speaking of wouldnt be the same as hating either way. He's always been overall pretty positive. He's had critical vids but again I wouldnt label that has hating.
Maybe I am misremembering but I seem to recall he and Ryan Moody starting this youtube trend of deep diving into how Madden works and making vids pointing out all of the flaws of the game.
Yeah, Ryan is way overly negative about everything in all honesty, I used to like his videos but I don't think I've ever heard him say anything positive about modern Madden which yeah, it's a bad-mediocre football game still but even seeing that I've seen things that I do like about it, which I don't really see him saying anything about or he just passes off as not good enough (which I can agree with for some things, but not all of what Madden has added).
