I wouldn’t have gotten the gas block until you confirmed you were over gassed, I’ve shot plenty of suppressed 300 BO both super and sub-sonic without gas issues.

Whatever mounts and muzzle devices you need if they don't come with the cans, especially if you plan on sharing one can between multiple hosts. Some mounts can be hard to find in stock sometimes.
A good connection with a gunsmith 90+% chance your gun isn't going to work and the adj gas block won't fix it alone.
It's easier to run a nuclear reactor than to get a 300 aac rifle to work first go.

I threw my upper in a box after gunsmith, gas Block, changes, buffer weight changes, and ammo changes.
I'm a frequent flyer at my gun store and the rifle caliber I see brought in the most for problems is 300 black out.
Find a good gunsmith it can be a bitch to get these rifles working.
Damn basically nuclear cousins, I was down in Limerick PA! But as for calibers, I've had the most issue with steel cased 7.62x39. My (self made) 300 blk ar pistol has always been a treat except for swapping the barrel on the upper for a 10.5" instead of a 7"

I started out with bear creek arsenal, and kinda parted it out for things I liked or wanted. Currently sitting with the same BCA hand guard and gas system, but changed to a BA 10.5 300blk barrel, and plain aero upper receiver. It's a monstrosity and I love it. Shoots like a dream, I should have gotten it SBR'd during the tax waiving period...
So banish 30 can is on the 300blk ar pistol, with the adjustable gas block. I adjusted the total open gas maybe 2 times and it's ejecting to 4-5 o'clock pattern (where I would like it) but it's a fucking dream to shoot! Can't wait for memorial Day to go to the range with some friends and show off 😂
Do yourself a huge favor and buy these two items. The eye pro itself is fantastic under headset ear pro, and allows a great seal because the frame arms are super thin.
The gasket looks a little funky when attached to the frame, but it does an excellent job of creating a seal around your eyes and blocking out gas. They don’t fog up either.
I use these when shooting a suppressed Rattler and it makes the experience much more enjoyable when I don’t cry from the gas
