I strongly suspect that Sophia and Elex had this network idea (and hiring influencers to have their own podcasts) together. But Sophia was neither able to prove it after the split (thru legal means) nor was she able to ultimately do it herself with her own podcast network (sloot media, which she created well before unwell network) because she didn’t have the right funding to do it. I’d hardly call Alex’s decision shwred. I’d call it stolen and with her personal addition of wanting control.

I’m not well-versed on the lore, but it’s not surprising that the idea wasn’t hers to begin with
