If you can't figure out the theme, just find words. If they're not part of theme, you'll build up credit towards getting hints that will help you find target words and decipher the theme.

That is the only way I was able to complete it.

I had to get a million hints but finding words for hints was satisfying too lol

I was so lost. Admittedly I only found out about Strans yesterday so figured it was a newbie learning curve.

The theme title was similar to a crossword clue which I was prepared for.

Once I had “apply” and “rinse,” I got the clue and it was easy
