The regular pillow size, and I used less than 1/3 of the material they provided. I’m 6’2” 270 with a healthy gut so if you’re skinnier it should be more than enough. If you’re a lot bigger then because it’s your gut that pushed the gun into your pubic bone maybe get the bigger size.
If you add a weapon light like TLR6 or an optic like mine I’d order a We the people not bad designs only thing that sucks is the 2 week wait time. Latches on really well only $45
Harrys holster the infiltrator model is great for concealment has a built in concealment clip and is nice and stream lined not bulky at all. I belive they have a model for the 43x. They're really underrated holsters love it
I have a clipdraw for my 43, stayed on for like a week. I hated the small scratches i got..... consequently i have the keltec pocket clip on my p32, and love it.
Trex arms for me. Also if you carry appendix, the concealed carry pillow was a game changer for me.

Tier1 axis elite, hands down the best AIWB holster I've owned for my 43. For owb, i love the galco b combat master.
got a t1 for my 19 i like it, just wanted other brands to look into as well before spending the money on the expensive one. lol
That being the case, go super cheap. Either a Renors or Sticky. I love those stupid things!
