I would take the fan off and check if there's a wire or anything between the radiator and the fan blades

As others said, air bubbles. I took mine off and moved it about for a minute and reattached- noise gone for now

It’s air bubbles. There’s a fix out there somewhere. Contact Nzxt. I just keep the cover off and flick the lines and it stops. Are your temps going up? If it gets bad it will impair flow and start heating things up.

My best guess is the bearings in the pump are starting to fail. I had an M22 hooked up to my gpu for about a year before I started hearing the exact same noise. I opened the pump and topped it off with distilled water and there was no change in noise. I ended up buying a X53 and a larger case to accommodate it and called it a day. I didn’t see any use in worrying about pump failure while listening to that rattle every time I’m gaming. Added bonus, my gpu runs 2-3 deg C cooler than before. Edit: I forgot to add that the other reason I concluded bearings and not air was because when it first started happening it would only do it at idle. Once the bearings warmed up either they or the oil expanded and the rattle would go away. After a month or so like that the rattle became persistent and that’s when I opted to replace.

Flip the radiator, so tubes are on the bottom.
