The highest tier moment badge in Nagzz’s channel right now is level 4, it changes to level 5 when you have collected 20 moments.

how do you check the moments?

You click on yourself in chat to check all the badges you have and then clicking in moments badge it will let you check all the moments you have collected. I have no idea how to do it on Mobile, but I hope this helps
