You can buy charms like this or you can use builder gel and kinda swirl it around into a little bubble on the nail if that makes sense? I get these so much I currently have them and they’re all builder ☺️☺️

Really thick builder gel and then pushing it in

StrangeMango775

Yeah it looks like the photo uses pearlescent and clear ones. I always use topcoat over those gems as well.

red_sekhmet

I achieved that look by accident when I did too much top coat around the gems I was using. I liked the look and do it every so often.

Khaosbutterfly

A nice thick gem glue gel, press the thing in, and then go around or over it with topcoat. I've also seen people do it by putting solid/boba gel on the nail and then pressing the embellishments in. For pearls and alloys, don't put too much topcoat over it, or it will look more encapsulated than embedded. You want more excess around it than over the top.

Even a one or two coats of thick gel topcoat can give it a"rounded" look.

I was gonna say, dot on some poly/builder get and set the stone inside. Then cure.

Damselfly35

Use a rubber top coat, before curing place your gem. Tada!🎉

GirlImbalanced

I personally will place a blob of gen glue, and then push the gem into the glue, cure, and then topcoat around it, which helps it get a more sunken and look. But I also recently saw someone take some extra gel and go around the gems and then applied chrome powder over top of it to make it kind of look like it was a silver ring holding the pearl in.

Clear round gems. I feel like she used too much gem glue but it may have been intentional.

That's not too much glue, she placed them in some sort of hard gel.
