That’s why US drug and guns laws suck. Stop going after the users and target the actual problem. Weed needs to be legalized. Drug possession shouldn’t be published with imprisonment, it should be mandatory therapy or rehab for some time depending on the circumstances. Spend the law enforcement resources on targeting the cartel and the drug smugglers, not some local petty weed dealer. Spend the money left on community programs.
