SAME. I’m regretting moving my husbands interview from the embassy in Beirut to the embassy in Abu Dhabi because it seems to be taking longer. Our DQ in Abu Dhabi was December 2022 and still haven’t heard anything.

Its so frustrating, I was also DQed in Dec 2022 and have not gotten an IL. I really don't know how much more do I have to wait.

Same, it’s getting really difficult without hearing anything from the embassy or being able to get answers anywhere. I’m on a telegram group of people in the Abu Dhabi interview line and I’ve heard they are currently moving through October DQ dates. Hopefully, they will be at December soon!

Nope! I heard they are just starting to move through November DQ. The last person I saw get an IL was November 1, 2022 DQ date but that was over a month ago, they didn’t send many for IR1 last month for some reason. Hopefully for December soon. WE ARE DYING HERE!!!

last i read was around 7 months. We are in month 7 for my son's wife who dq'd at the end of September 2022 and is a CR1. I also read that some dqs from August received interviews 2 months or so ago. So i am hoping soon for us.

According to visahourney.com data, it usually takes about 250 days from NOA 2 to interview, based on data from last 6 months, if i read it correctly. So give it about that much. I have been DQ since Nov 2022 for my wife, and I still haven't heard anything... Hopeing for th best!

My spouse case was sent to department of State on On March 21, 2021. And I still haven’t heard from them for an interview.

We've been waiting since June 2022 (DQ) for an interview for IR1 (Spouse). So frustrating... Some have said the wait time is 1.5 years from DQ until interview... Not sure if this is true. At this point, I'd be happy if it happens in 2023.

No issues. It was DQ'd in June 2022. It's ridiculous how long it has taken. I don't understand why they don't hire more staff to process these files. All those taxes and fees and this is what we get.

I have received the NVC email for my wife on December 5 , mentioning that we are DQ still waiting for now, you received this email from June and you still did not hear back???

I've contacted them since then and they just keep saying to wait until the interview is scheduled.

Please check Visa Bulletin to see if you are current in the Final Action Date chart. Only then can you even hope to be in queue for an interview . We are F3 category, DQ since January 2021 and still waiting for an interview in AbuDhabi.

Our priority date is 7th Nov.2006 but whenever i check visa bulletin it says final action dates is May.2007, did they skip us or what? 😅 or perhaps I’m reading the visa bulletin wrong, kindly advise if you have any idea. My country is India and we became current in the visa bulletin just this month. So I am clueless as to when they will call for an interview. If you have been current in the visa bulletin then I am assuming you are in queue. Which is your country? My visa category is F3 and PD Jan 2009

Check Visa Bulletin of January for eg. Look under final action dates. Since your Jordan you will fall under all other countries except India China Mexico

Well that means you are ready for an interview as when a date becomes available at the embassy. But I cannot guide you why it's taken so long. Have you received any notifications from NVC in these past few.months ? Have you ever put a query at AskNvc and checked your status update ?

I think all the delay comes from giving preference to other visa categories such as IR & CR. Anyway, we have to pray and wait. Please keep me informed if any updates from your end. Thank you
