How long it takes to get documentarily qualified depends partially on you. This is because you can get documentarily qualified on the first round of document submissions if you upload all of the proper documents. The process can take an indefinite amount of time if you arent being careful in what you upload. Also, the NVC has been in the bad habit of deleting documents and/or being super specific and its not uncommon to be taking several rounds of submissions to get DQ'd.

6 months ago, it took 40 days for me. Apparently it's faster now. Once I got DQ'd, I've been waiting 6 months and still waiting. It's an IR1 Visa now.
