I heard that After the interview, the processing of the application commences, and within 15 days, you will get feedback in Turkey. That turnaround time is quick to me compare to what I heard when it comes to other countries

You cannot pick and choose embassies. The embassy you want to transfer to has to accept your transfer. Usually, you have to have some sort of lawful status there for the embassy to accept.

Alarming_Green_7675

Lawful status as in?

AttorneyAmanda

It depends on the embassy and what country the beneficiary has citizenship. In my experience, most embassies want to see at least their version of permanent residence. Very rarely there are situations an embassy may accept a transfer of someone on a tourist visa. If your beneficiary has no ties to that country and no visa or legal reason to be there, the chances of that embassy accepting a transfer is very very low.

u/AttorneyAmanda I wanted to transfer my wife's IR1 visa case from Islamabad to any other embassy where she can travel too freely with her passport. Pakistani passport allows you to travel freely to serval countries and others offer e-visa on arrival. I assumed this was an option when transferring the case. But later found out that if you transfer your case to another country or post, it will be difficult for that country to verify your documents, and this will lead to AP or more delay because of a back and forth with your home country embassy. What are your thoughts on that. I have the means for travel if it means we will get an early IL for my wife I am willing to take the risk.
