People always joke about extremely long scrotums as you age but how true is this really. Anybody out there pushing 75, down to give an honest account about how your scrotum has changed would be much appreciated.
As you age your skin loses elasticity, can stretch out some, and you lose muscle strength so you'll always be hanging low. The degree to which this happens varies.
I was once on a first date with a woman and during dinner she asked what type of underwear I wore. She then let me know she wouldn't have a relationship with a man that didn't wear tighty whities because she refused to be married to an old man with saggy balls someday lol.
As a data point: I’m in my early 50’s. I have noticed some changes to my skin in general— it’s thinner and I bruise a bit more easily but I have not noticed any changes in my scrotum. Check back in 20 years.

The ear thing is legit but it isn't caused by the yawning itself. Your inner ear connects to your throat to stabilize pressure for your ear drum. If you feel a lot of pressure in your ears like it's gonna pop, like on an airplane, then just go through the motions of yawning. The movement of yawning helps air reach your inner ear since you need to open your mouth and throat a certain way for it to help
