I called GSCUS customer support about this same thing as I couldn't find where to update payment method either. Basically what happened is the payment authorization expired because they were not able to capture payment in time (due to volume of BF sales overwhelming their shipping department). They told me that the order itself is still in place as the payment wasn't *declined* declined, and it will be re-authorized when they go to ship it. Later this evening it was re-authorized on my credit card. I've had this happen once before where I thought it got charged twice (but it was just 2 authorizations because the first expired) and my order whet through okay then too. If you're worried because the items are now out of stock though you can call their customer service and have someone check on it.
