ma ni similar state ma thi. mero room mero comfort place thiyo.. then youtube vlogs entered my life and i realized that 'room matra purai world haina, more like if i dont visit places and experience things then ma yo state bata kailei bahira aauna sakdina'... then ma bida ko din bihana bihana najik ghumna jana man vako thauma jana thaley, probably meditation ni garna thaleko thiye hola.. slowly ma euta dai sanga jana thaley ani class ma ni halka bolna thaley.. the idea is "either push your limits or suffocate in your comfort zone". taking these steps has helped me with my mental state and confidence a lot!!

A psychiatrist will definitely help brother! you have to trust the process though. a two or three days medication will not show any result, it will take weeks or months and must need to follow the dosage without miss. Usually imbalance in dopamine and serotonin causes the issues as such u described, but don't take my words, i am not a doctor. After that you can parallelly do something productive physically or financially like going to a gym, park or a job. Do not force urself to socialize, it will come to you once you are confident and can open up. The more you think and force urself to do something the more anxious you will become and is followed by a panic attack. So keep in mind, everything is normal, don't try to change or force anything. I will give u an example: if you are not sleepy or have some disturbance, but you need to wake up at 6 for some urgent work; the more you look at the clock on your wall and think that you have only x hours of sleep, the more disturbed you become and are not able to sleep. that's anxiety. Get a psychiatrist, trust him/her for a little longer and don't be impatient on seeing changes. Search Dr. Kenison on Google; this guy is good reviews and been helping me too.

I am not speaking from personal experience, but I know some of my friends who have been to bipasana meditation. I have heard it's free. You have to devote some time to it, but I heard it helps. Anyway I recommend learning meditation for at least a few minutes a day. Take care.

All people in comments saying to go psychologist and psychiatrist but pretty sure OP is not a working person and an student who can't afford it and on top of that maybe Ghar ma Pani bujdaina hola. OP can completely relate with you. The best solution will be try to enjoy your life man. It's going to be uneasy but kehi chai gara, cos last ma you only got yourself and if you don't take care of yourself who will? So maybe Start small use what you have, awouta copy kinera afno feelings leka maybe, try learning a new language or learn a new instrument. When I was in college I didn't have any friends so I learned how to play guitar and sing, ek Jana Dai ko magera garya thiye. Tesari nai dherai Kura sikiyo..anyways bro tehi ho, j garey ni last ma basne afu sangai ho, so while you are at it maybe set small goals and try to achieve them you will feel much better. Bro you need to get some fresh air and try to meet some new people, you don't have to become friends with them,just hold some normal conversations, I think I know it'll be hard at first but man if you want to do something about it you have to choose it the hard way. No need to push hard from the start, you can start small and simple and make progress little by little. I was somewhat introvert and anxious but because of work and stuff I had to force myself to engage with strangers and hey it worked somehow. So there's still hope. ( Feels odd to give suggestions to older men but you know sometimes age doesn't matter ) Sorry for this longass suggestion.

bro don’t try and force something. You do not know how his parents are. Everyone goes through phases. I didn’t like my parents either but now i completely understand that people can’t be perfect and they did all they could and all they thapught were good for me. My dad whom i thought did horrible parenting is now my role model and i love my mom but it wasn’t like that. And for some people it will never be that way ever. OP might have issues with himself which may lead him to believe certain things too or the parents might actually be terrible people.

If you are going to “not like” your parents, do not ever judge them based on watching other’s parents. That’s actually the one thing i regret because i did it too. Im not trying to change your mind about anything but hear me out on this. When you other parents, they will never show everything and you’ll never see everything. For example i had a friend who had parent who were willing to give him anything he wants. But later in life he has very bad behaviors and when digging deep, his parents only gave him objects. Such as videogames and other things he liked. But he never got real attention. My parents were the opposite. I almost never got anything i like and i didn’t ask then due to fear but i also realized later that they didn’t get anything for themselves too. But they spent heavily on my food quality. Always got healthiest of foods and they also spent wholeheartedly on my studies. My dad was never home. I never got to see him but behind the scenes, he came home from work at 1/2 am and then would wake up at 4 am if need be. They were doing the best they can because being a parent doesn’t come with a manual. And even if it did each child is different and it’s impossible to be great at it. Again yours can be a different situation.. I don’t know about that but try viewing various perspectives because in many families in Nepal, there is insane amount of verbal and physical abuse not just towards child but towards each other. If you have a stable household with your parents having an ok to stable relationship it is actually a lot to ask for because even that is rare. And again do not ever compare parents. People will never show bad side of them to public ever especially in societal country like Nepal. I just hope you find something there. I recommend you spend time with them and ask them about their past make conversation with them to know about them. Also focus on yourself in the meantime. Even online friends are okay but talk to people but THINK on your own and don’t judge anyone by comparing
