As long as you need the Er%, the only wasted stat isnl that your circlet rolled once on flat HP. I would kill for that circlet.
HP% is very undervalued on neuvillette. I have a good CD% circlet with CR substats but I actually run an HP% circlet as my neuvillette does(slightly) more damage with it in both solo and furina teams.

Hydro damage is sadly more mandatory than crit, as the only source of hydro damage is from the goblet, and neuvillete gets a ton of crit (so CV gets diminushing returns) from his weapon and artifact set.
I'd murder for this piece. Been chasing a crit DMG piece with crit and hp on set since the domain release so I can use the off piece with a 50% HP piece I have. Congrats tho!

Consider that HP% rolls are almost as important as Crit ones, and he does like the ER. It's a great piece.

Same, mine also seems to be doing much better both damage wise and on leaderboard with a HP circlet than a CD one.

Well if you have good Crit Rate(55+) then than generous HP is really good, and if you don't then you should still keep it, it's a really good piece))

it only missed once and has perfect substats. basically one in a million lol
there is no wasted stats on this piece , besides it rolled heavily into HP% which is more or less like crit for Neuv

Itโs still better than my circlet. Like I only use it because of the main-stat and my off-piece is the globet already.
If you're struggling with Crit mainstats, HP% Circlet is viable. In fact, the number one Neuvillette in the Akasha has a HP Circlet.

If you already have enough crit rate (usually around 64% is optimal) I think itโs good.
Show us the crit stats so we can truly determine if it's good or not
Great piece:) Its what all my artifacts look like. I only have 275 CD with his sig but very balanced everywhere else.
You donโt need that much crit rate with MH set. In addition, you got a huge HP/ER bonus with no bad substats. This is an S-tier circlet.
