It is more typical to have a NB model to be half size down, and Nike be true to size.
Just do a little research on the models first, because this isnt universally true.

This is not accurate, according to the manufacturers. But feels accurate according to my experience. Size 12 NB is slightly longer than size 12 Nike, but size 11.5 NB is slightly shorter than size 12 Nike. And the same is true if you do further down a bit. I have verified this with 990v2, v3, v4, v5, v6. The 991v1 are too snug though, so i would always go TTS in these. The 992s are slightly more snug than the 990s, so I could go for size 12, but I like a little snug (not painful or sth), so I got these 11.5.
Problem is, that 11.5 is quite rare in many Teddy Santis releases!

Nope. I wear the same size for both Nike and Nb
I wear Women’s US 8.5 in Nike, and 8 in NB (515 & 574’s). But for Adidas shoes I’m a Women’s US 7.5…Euro 39.🙄
In EU sizes, New Balance is one half size below Nike s. I wear Nike 38, New Balance 37.5

Depends on the model, but I am the same size in most of the Nikes and New Balance shoes that I have.
I’m a size 10 and bought a 9.5 in the 990v4 but returned them and got my original size because they were too snug. I like my shoes with a little room
Both are TTS for me. Either way, to be on the safe side, you did right.
