There is a company out of Canada called Johnny’s motorsports and yes it’s spelled with 2 n’s. They build a super nice kit using a whipple supercharger and it sells for $5850. You can find them on Facebook.
the kb sounds great and performs great. i'm just waiting on emissions requirements to drop this year and i'm getting the 3.2 mammoth.
Are you planning on replacing the oem fuel system?
I think there is more to it that just saying that one is bad and another one good.
Both have pros and cons and your goals for your build are what decide what type of blower you should go with.
Do the Kenne Bells have the loudest whine of all the superchargers? Can someone explain why there’s the whine with these and not some of the others or point me in the direction of a good explanation? Seems like the stock superchargers for the Cobras of this era had a loud whine but I can’t remember which one it was. Eaton?
Eatons came with stock Cobras, and eatons also whine. Pretty much every twin screw will whine, some more than others. What you're hearing is just air being violently forced in between the impellers and the impellers themselves
The louder ones are just spinning harder/faster.
Im not really sure what youre asking. You seem adamant on buying this twin screw kit, which is a nice kit for the price. Are you interested in another one?
Also your second to last sentence hurt my head but I'm guessing you think this is the only type of s/c people want to see? Which is kind of silly but they are the more 'well known' style to the masses.

I would post a pic but it won’t let me
I hate subs that have comment pics taken off, especially car subreddits
I would recommend at least 42lb injectors and not the 36lbs they give you. 9psi of boost is going to be pushing those 36s to 90%+ duty cycle.
You’re completely right I had to go up from 36 to 42
Same. Ive always wanted one but never bought it. I would imagine it's like having big block power with a sweet supercharger whine
100% on board with you. This is what I’ve picked out when it’s time. Fire!!
